Uphill, steep, some skree, some thorns (if you aren't looking where you are walking), a good leg stretcher.
Exit 170 both West and East bound.
Parking is in the big X of on-ramp and Old Route 66/333 so that way you can hit from either direction. Park by the concrete maze out of the way of traffic (plenty of room).
No fence to cross.
It is NOT IN the spillway!!(We don't play in those;)
Original contents: log book, trackable geocoins, $1 for caching gas (actually made sure to put it in this one).
Bring your own writing stick.
Wear long pants and bring gloves if you would like, though not neccessary if you are careful.
Possible bounce...walk around a bit.
Watch for critters (though we didn't spot any).
