Geocache Description:

A typical "Welcome to" cache.

This should be a simple cache and dash. I'm placing it here as this has to be the most incongruous and "out of place" welcome sign I've ever run into. Plenty of parking around and few muggle problems except passing drivers. Bring your own writing implement.
