Geocache Description:

Located off a trail in Panorama Ridge.

In Greek mythology, Medusa was a female character with hair made up of snakes. Anyone who would look at her would turn to stone. When placing the cache, I was able to avoid being turned to stone, but will you be so lucky? There is evidence nearby that others have turned to stone (although they must have shrunk in the process).

The cache container is a "cache-ew" container and is about one gallon in size. Original contents include several small items suitable for children. The trail to just near the cache is well-defined, but you will need to leave the trail to find Medusa, but not by more than 10-15 metres. GPS reception is a little sketchy at the cache site, so use your geosenses.
