Geocache Description:

The Spiderwick cache ideas are taken from “The Spiderwick Chronicles” books by Tony DiTerlizzi & Holly Black. After reading these books we decided to hide some caches along this theme. We had a lot of fun looking for cache locations that match the story.

Who has been captured? Is the Guide gone?
Can three weary children do it alone?
Can they face an ogre with an evil plan
to conquer the planet and poison the land?
Or is there someone brave, strong and wise
who can battle a monster and come out alive?
Where is our hero? Seek Spiderwick five.



The cache is NOT at the above coordinates, but within 2kms.
This cache is a Puzzle / 2 Stage Multi-Cache. The clues for Stage 1 of this cache are on cards in the following caches. These coordinates will take you to Stage 1 of the Final. Once you battle the Ogre at Stage 1 you will have the coordinates for the Final Cache.

Unfortunately Metro Vancouver Parks has removed both Spiderwick 1 and Spiderwick 3 containers. I have temporarily disabled both of those caches and will post an update as soon as I get things sorted out.
