Chuck Walla: Greetings from Geocaching.com!

Since you have not responded to my reviewer log about your cache, the cache has been archived.

Some time ago, I posted a note to your cache page requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and to send me a note. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that you are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Sincerely,

Geocache Description:

The road to this cache was the road that U.S. Highway 64 replaced. This was a route that was the only one used widely by the locals and military way back then. The old rail line used to run just west of the road too. There's alot of history along this road that we don't even know about yet! If any cachers know more about this area, PLEASE post your knowledge in your log. We love logs and caches with history attached. ************If you notice, the types of bridges along this passage are of the same style and quality. We know of at least 5 of these in Franklin County alone. On this stretch of road, you should see at least 3 of them.************** These concrete monuments have served their purpose VERY well by being able to withstand whatever Mother Nature has dealt out so far. The one thing that the old bridges can't hold up to is the guy that smashed his car dead-center into the this landmark. Yep! He went to the Hospital, his car went to the junkyard, and this poor old bridge suffered a crack that runs up and down. Hope you have fun hunting this cache and that you tell us as much as you would like to about it.
