Geocache Description:

Short walk from parking to cache. This cache even has convenient seating to sign the log. When your done, take time to visit the beautiful park. Bring your own pen (BYOP).

Newly renovated Booker Creek Park. The city of St. Petersburg spent approximately $810,000 to build a lighted footpath around the lake, new pedestrian bridges, picnic shelters, bike racks, park benches, piers, a gazebo and other improvements during the yearlong project. The project also included a lake fountain, refurbishing two existing bridges, resurfacing an existing playground, improving a parking area, adding a new parking area and providing new landscaping.
