Past Nudist Rocks Traditional Cache
Ham3: I made the trek up the hill and checked out the cache site. It was gone. The trail is just too slippery to put in another cache so it is being archived. It was fun while it lasted.

Placed near Willow Creek near Bass Lake in beautiful wooded area.
It has been rumored that the local nudists in the past used some of the big flat rocks along the river to soak up some rays. Thus the name. These rocks are on the opposite side of the river from the cache. In any case the cache is located near a beautiful river (Willow Creek) that has a good flow of water during the spring. This cache requires a little hike along a good trail and only upon reaching the area of the cache do you have to go off of the trail.
You can park at N37 20.080, W119 34.124. After parking, you take the right hand trail of two that lead you toward the river. When you get to a fork in the trail at N37 20.117, W119 34.201, take the right (and up) fork. The trail that goes straight ahead looks better but soon becomes more difficult. Container is a plastic peanut jar with a yellow lid.
