How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

A short strenous rocky ridge walk to a vista worth the effort.

The Sentinel is the northern end of the Mt. William ranges in the Grampians. It is the prominent shoulder that shields Halls Gap from the east. Park off the Grampians Road at the coordinates provided below and head towards the ridge coordinates provided for the easiest route. There is no trail aside from those defined by kangaroos and wallabies. This route is for experienced geocachers and is not recommended after rain or for people with aversion to heights.
