24/7 ground-level clear L&L P&G behind one of my favorite place to eat ice cream :) 2nd cache in my "favorite" series
You are looking for a 2x1.5x1 (ish) camo Lock-n-Lock that is located at ground level just off the lawn of one of my favorite places to get I-C-E-C. I consider this a Parking Lot Cache (PLC?), because it is basically next to the parking lot - or at least a couple steps from it. Once again, I couldn't quite make this cache handicap accessible - but it is relatively easy to get at and is kid friendly. Muggles WILL be an issue - I had a real hard time hiding it :)
