WWFM III is a flash mob gathering. We will meet not earlier than 1 PM at the listed coordinates and hold the entire event from start to finish in 15 minutes.
The event will start exactly at 1:00 pm! (use the clock on your GPS so we all have the same time!)
ITINERARY:
12:45 - 12:59 PM - Participants: Wait patiently in your vehicles or stroll around the area. STAY AWAY from ground zero until the signal is given. As much as you can, act like a muggle, pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen. At 12:59PM we will reach ground zero with the Log can. This is the signal for the Flash Mob Event to begin. Everyone now makes their way to GZ.
1:00 PM - 1:10 PM Log sheets will be handed out for those who did not bring their own. Bring your own writing instrument. Sign individual log sheets and drop them in the collection box.
1:11 PM - Raffle Drawing
1:12 PM - Assemble for a group photo, and assemble FAST. Listen to the photographer for directions. Group photo is taken.
1:14 PM - Clean up, get ready to take off!
1:15 PM EXACTLY - Wait for it ... then LEAVE the area quickly and in different directions. The log sheet bucket will be packed up. If you don't get to it in time you can't log the event.
