In 2004, the Ontario Trillium Fund allocated $22,500 to the
Township of Strong for the purpose of refurbishing a 100 year old
log home / sheep shed. The square timber, dovetailed house sits on
the highway frontage at the Sundridge/Strong Community Centre. This
is a wonderful piece of 1880 construction, well preserved and
presented.
Due to the constant presence of muggles, the only container I could
possibly hide was the micro. Please seek the cache from the
outside of the split rail fence to minimize your exposure to
raspberry bushes and avoid trampling any flora.
This one should be an easy find. Bring your camera and capture some
of the beauty of days gone by.
