Geocache Description:

A fairly easy location. Room for small swag.

The original cache container had a red lid (thus the cache name) but the critters felt it was time for a change. The new container does not have a red lid.

NOTE: Easiest access to cache is .10 miles SW of cache at the PWA. If you park next to the mound, you are in the right spot. You may be tempted to park to the NE of cache, but your hike will be significantly longer.

This is one of 2 caches in the area that are placed on roads that are no longer in use. Look up "BLUE HERON" to find the other.
