Geocache Description:

Andover station was opened on July 3rd 1854 and was previously known as Andover Junction, as it stood at the junction of the Exeter-London line and the now-defunct Midland and South Western Junction Railway running between Cheltenham, Swindon, Andover and Southampton Terminus. It was renamed Andover station on March 6th 1865.

You are looking for a nano cache, hidden just outside the station limits and you will have to walk through the main car park to reach it if you are arriving by train.
