Geocache Description:

Note: stolen geocache replaced Flat terrain, short walk from ample parking area, elevation around 5000ft, scenic views. Located on a state historic site (with permission) open Wednesday through Monday 10:00am - 4:00pm. Closed Tuesdays. If you wish to tour the monument, then Sunday admission for New Mexico residents with ID is free and Wednesday admission is free to New Mexico Seniors with ID. Children 16 and under are always admitted free. General admission is $7.00 for all other times.

The cache (ammo box) is not in plain view but is easy to find. The initial cache stash may be souvenir pencils and/or patches or other treasures (?gold perhaps?) depending on what proves popular. Take a camera and while there photograph the beautiful views. Placed with the permission of Coronado Historic Site management.
