Geocache Description:

Another in the Willow Wisp series, this cache is located in Roosevelt Park, along Lake Winnebago. Owned by the county, this land was set aside during the first term of FDR, for use as a wayside and public beach.

This is a high muggle area! The container is camoed and covered very well. Please return it that way.
