Nice area just outside of Penn Yan, NY. The Memorial is in honor of the deceased marines from New York State. There is also a marker in memory of Hugh Meldrum nearby. Parking is close by and there's a very short walk to cache. I would recommend no night caching.
Cache is a magnetic keyholder....of course. Only contains a log so please bring your own pen or pencil. Watch for bees at cache site.
