Geocache

OK...Here's the deal.
Since October 11th, 2007 I have lost a current total of 160 pounds.
I've accomplished this by obviously eating a lot healthier and also by running once again as I did in high school. I started out trying to do 1 mile and never thought I could do that. Now I run long distances non-stop and recently completely my first full marathon in May 2009. This cache is in honor of my favorite 5K distance run and is along the halfway point of my regular route. Small magnetic cache with log only so you will need to bring your own pen or pencil. There is ample area to move your vehicle off the shoulder of the road and cache is quite easily accessible. I will update weight loss in red above frequently. Good luck and if you see the guy run past with the blue sunglasses make sure to wave. Also, if you are a runner make sure to park near the boat launch and take the run around the scenic lake. It's worth the 20 minutes or so.
Enjoy!
