Geocache Description:

Sunday, July 20th at 4:30 PM we'll celebrate the end of a great weekend of converting muggles and hand out awards to the winners of the geocaching competition held earlier in the day!

Open to all geocachers who want to participate:

da Vinci Days is a science and technology fair held each July in Corvallis. da Vinci Days brings together art, science and technology.

Now comes the fun part: Ever feel like you know a lot about geocaching, and really want to share it with people, but know that you need to keep a secret when you're "just bird watching" or "just admiring the scenery" or "looking for my lost cat"... Now you can!

Come out and join us for da Vinci Days. We'll be talking geocaching to people all weekend. We'll hold a geocaching competition on Sunday and practice on Saturday.

If you're not up for talking to people about geocaching, you can help out in other ways too, just contact us!

Please note the festival does charge admission fees. Volunteering at the geocaching booth for 4 hours will provide free admission. This needs to be arranged in advance. Again, contact me through the profile information page!

If you just want to come for the event, the festival is over at 4:30 and the awards event will be free and open to the public. We'll be hanging out at the geocaching booth and handing out awards and prizes, talking more geocaching, and introducing new cachers to the sport/hobby... (obsession?)

Prizes: We have a TDS Pocket PC, Geocacher Magazines and a subscription to Geocacher Magazine, additional gift certificates and additional prizes to boot!
