Placed this cache in a lovely shoreline park. Trails are bike- or walk-able. Cache is placed a distance from the parking lot, but not too far off the trail. There is NO NEED for long bushwhacks! Parts of Bluff Point are VERY THORNY with lots of POISON IVY! Grab the map at the entrance and think about where the caches in the park have been placed!
I replaced this cache on 9/3/10. Since the previous two boxes had their hinges broken off by enthusiastic cachers I have now hidden at the same coordinates a bomb-proof container made from plumbing parts...thanks for the idea from the cache at the Noank Cemetery. No need to over tighten the lid, you'll see what I mean. The clue is still valid. Zaverj and I have enjoyed watching this cache which we placed in April of 2008. No park and grab this -
