Geocache Description:

This cache is just hanging around in the park and is NOT at the posted coordinates.

While placing this cache, I ran across a red fox. Take the time to enjoy the scenery and the wildlife.

To find the starting point of this cache, you must first find the coordinates to "Hanging Around In The Park 3." Then average the coordinates of "Hanging Around In The Park 3" with the posted coordinates for this cache. The average is the stating point.  This incredible journey will take you through a part of Folsom that is seldom seen and that is just over a half mile walk to the cache.

From the starting coordinates walk east along the paved trail.

When you arrive at the yellow diamond on the right hand side of the road, stop and turn approximately 90 degree to the right.

Walk forward approximately 25 feet.

When you’re between two long iron objects, turn approximately 90 degrees to your right.

Follow the obvious trail.

After walking approximately 2000 feet, you should have just passed some broken concrete block, standing alongside some neatly stacked wood, and approaching a larger log. All of the items will be on the right hand side of the path that you just followed.

The cache is about 30 feet to the right of the path and in the nearest cluster of trees.

As with all letterbox caches, bring your stamp along so you can stamp and sign the log book. You must stamp the log to receive credit for this find.  Please leave the squirrel stamp and inkpad in the cache as they are not tradable items.

If the cache container was any bigger, it would be considered a large instead of a regular.

The first to find prize is a black magnetic nano cache.

At the time of placement, this cache contains several geocoins and travel bugs with includes Pandora's Golden Key.

Congratulations to Gary&Vicky for FTF!!
