Geocache Description:

A nice simple puzzle in a nice area.

For each calculation start with the posted coordinates.

Add 12 to the north degrees.
Now reverse the digits to get the cache's west degrees.

Reverse the west degrees and subtract 12 to get the cache's north degrees.

Subtract 12 from the north whole portion of the minutes (ignoring the decimal portion for now) .
Multiply the digital root of that result by 12 and then add the value that was used to compute the digital root.
This result is the whole portion of the north minutes.

Add 12 to the west whole portion of the minutes; multiply the result by 12. Subtract 12 from that result to form a 3 digit number. Sum those three digits and multiply it by the digital root of those digits. Now add the common digit of the north and west degrees to get the whole west minutes.

Good work, now simply subtract 12 seconds from the north and add 12 seconds to the west coordinates to get the cache's location.
