Yet another old school cache
in Great Swamp WMA.
As I was placing the other two caches here (over two weekends),
I figured why not add a third, and place it near to the parking
area, for those that aren't up for the long walk around the swamp.
I am hoping though that everyone does make the walk - I promise it
is well worth the time and exercise. Even the Little Pigs enjoyed
the trip.
There is an abundance of flora and fauna to enjoy. One of the
key inhabitants are the ospreys who nest on top of the utility
poles that cut through the swamp.
Keep your eyes open and see how many different types of plants
and animals you can find. Some of the plants, including the
multitude of hollies, are protected, so remember, leave only
footprints and take only pictures!
