Cakepoulin Creek or Capoolong Creek (or "Carpooling" Creek if you drive by it too fast and misread the sign) runs through central Hunterdon County and flows into the South Branch of the Raritan River.
Cakepoulin Creek is a trout production stream stocked by the New Jersey Department of Fish and Game (3,500 trout each spring). The Creek and the adjacent New Jersey-owned wetlands are all part of the Cakepoulin Creek Wildlife Management Area.
The recreational trail along the Creek was once part of the Lehigh Valley Railroad and runs about 3 miles.
The cache is a small (600 mL) Lock n' Lock located along the trail.
