This is another one of Shorelines wonderful little strips of nature wedged into a neighborhood. At Paramount Park, your quest begins at the northern entrance into the park at NE 152nd St and 11th AVE NE. Open sky makes it easy to get good coordinates for the first cache (small bison tube) which contains the second set of coordinates. This will take you on a nice walk on a very pleasant trail through the woods. Lots of big old trees here and that is what will make it much more challenging for the final. It will be difficult to get good signals in the heavy tree cover so you will have to rely on geo-sense to find the cache. You are looking for a sandwich size plastic container with some toys and goodies. There is an un-activated travel bug for FTF.

Update Dec 29, 2020: I forgot to do an update from back in April when I replaced the bison with a simple tiny sign with the final coords. Don't look for a bison. This one is in plain sight.
