Smokey Bear Collector: I retrieved the cache and have decided to archive it as I don't have an easy way of water proofing the container for future use. Maybe someone else would like to use this location. Thanks to everyone who searched for the cache and special kudos to those who found it :)

Non-typical urban cache of the small variety located near a statue that appears to be a father and daughter watering flowers.
Cache has room for very small coins and trade items. Located in a high-traffic muggle area, you'll need to use stealth and your keen geosense.
This cache location was previously listed as, "Waterin the Lilies', owned by 4Wheelin. Cache is very well camo'd.
I brought you to this location to see this cool piece of art up close.
"Hey Daddy, Look!" was designed by Larry Anderson and features the Antioch Dunes Evening Primrose. This is the official flower of Antioch. This endangered species is native to the area.
