sleuthers: It was pointed out to us (and quite rightly) that having a regular sized cache close to a major highway bridge was probably not a good idea. Secondly, at the time this cache was published the idea was unique to the area, but now there are a bunch of similar ideas. For these reasons I've decided to archive this cache and re-purpose the container. Thanks to all that have visited!
