Gather the following information at WP1 to find the cache

1.The plaque was unveiled on the - - of October
Add these 2 numerals for your first space
2.The first structure built near this site was in 1 - - 1
Take the 3rd numeral away from the 2nd for second space
3.The purpose built building was used until 1 - - 8
Use the third numeral for your third space and the 2nd
for the fourth and final space.
You can drive or walk to GZ from here...
