Should be an easy cache and dash, especially on weekends when no one is in the office. On working days you may need to use extra stealth to not be observed from the road or the offices.
Cache is a simple 35mm film canister with log and no writing utensil, so bring your own. It is not velcro'd to anything it just sits there.
AVNC was a company that got sued by another company and had to change their name. This cache is a memorial to that stock ticker symbol and all those that have come and went in the employ of that company.
I am not 100% confident in the coordinates as I was using the GPS on my smartphone, but your geocaching senses should bring you to the find relatively quickly.
If the first to find can confirm coordinates I would be appreciative.
