Geocache Description:

Park at H Lake trailhead in the Quincy Lakes area. You must have a Fish and Wildlife parking permit to park here.

We were in the area hiking for the day and just had to hide a cache toward the middle of the H of this lake. The best route is to approach on the south then west side of the lake. There is a trail to follow.

There are also caches Potholes Coulee-Eastend and Ancient Lakes View to do in the area. The suggested route is Potholes Coulee-Eastend first, H is for Lake, then Ancient Lakes View. There is a coulee between the first and third cache mentioned. When we placed this cache, we did all three and the hike round trip was less than 1.5 miles. As always in this area, please watch children closely. There are lots of cliffs and loose rock.
