Peculiar Bird of Prey Traditional Cache

When I began geocaching I realized I needed a geocaching name. Not just any geocaching name; but one that would convey strength, stability, stealth.

Most importantly it should strike fear in the hearts of first-to-finder's everywhere. (Never mind that I had found only 2 thus far.)

What would I pick for the all important "geocaching name"? I decided I needed the name of my animal spirit. So I mustered up my memories of Native American History and, like the ancient wise-ones before us, headed for Google.

Finally I found the perfect name -- PENGANA: an extinct Aborigine Hawk with a wildly featured crest. That's me I thought! (Especially in the morning!). Wikipedia defines Pengana as "Peculiar Bird of Prey".

The other day I spotted the perfect place for my signature cache.

You won't find spectacular views.
You won't find a terribly clever hide
There are no cool puzzles to solve

But you will find...
One Peculiar Bird of Prey!
