Alpine Reviewer: As I have not received an update from the cache owner, I am archiving this cache to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you (the cache owner) wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, please contact me, and assuming it meets the guidelines, I will be happy to unarchive it.

To continue in the spirit of motorcycle riding I placed another green ammo box this time along the turquoise trail for those who enjoy the "back-road" ride from Albuquerque to Santa Fe.
The Turquoise Trail and the Sandia Crest Scenic Byway pass along a route rich in history. Coronado was the first white man to pass along the Trail. Later explorers included New Mexico's most famous frontiersman, Kit Carson trekked the trail.
Whether you are on two wheels or looking for a leisurely drive, get off the interstate and follow Route 14. The rewards are a passage back in time through old mining towns where the ghosts roam, plus thriving communities of artisans and craftsmen...and my cache!
