Cache is situated on MTO right of way on Theano Heights.
The trail to the cache is very steep and rocky or loose in places and goes through moderately heavy brush and woods in others. The trail skirts a high cliff and care should be taken especially in wet or slippery conditions. Cache is a 4" black plastic pipe capped at both ends, the bottom cap screws off for removal of the log book etc... the pipe is mounted on a metal pole set in concrete and is about chest high, but will be obscured by vegetation at most times of the year and will be difficult to spot until almost on top of it. The items in the cache are contained in a plastic freezer bag and include a log book, a panoramic photo of the land to the East, North-East, a pencil and instructions for taking and submitting photos, if desired, to our web site.
