There are two parts to this cache. The first stage is at the posted coordinates. You must find the first stage and get a clue to finding the final stage inside the Heritage library building. Please leave the first stage (and clue)exactly where you found it. Stealth is required.

Sun: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Sept.10 - May 18)
