Geocache Description:

Is that the sound of water ? The cache is a "nano" with room for only the log so don't forget to bring a pencil

The cache is well within walking distance of my favorite cache in Abu Dhabi (GC11NHP) and is another park area on reclaimed land. Previously this area was under seawater until the new Cornice road was build in (2004) If you walk (from or to GC11NHP) please be careful when crossing main roads. Half way between the two caches - One road you will cross is the site of the original "Abu Dhabi Volcano" which was a famous landmark for many years until the new cornice road was build. The center of the old volcano was at N24 29.685 E54 21.546 and stood out to sea. Also near the Cache is a underground crossing point where you can cross to the seaside parks and walk ways. Another delightful waking area in AbuDhabi.
