We wanted to recognize all of the Mounts in the area. We're not talking about horses here though you may see some near each cache or on the way to them.
We have hidden a decon kit box in this Mount, Mount Sidney, VA. The cache is large enough for small trade items and a log. You will need to provide a writing tool. Please make sure you get the lid back on completely to keep the contents dry. It may take a little effort.
There are several other caches in the Mount Sidney area along with great views from the right vantage points.
This cannot be accessed from I-81. Please do not attempt to do so. There is enough room to pull off near the cache. There's not much traffic either but still be alert.
