Geocache Description:

Children’s Musicians of Davis (1 of 5)

Especially when mopsy critter was in her preschool years, we often played recordings of children’s music in our home. This cache series honors five musicians who have brought fun, silly songs and a love of music to the children of Yolo County and the region. To ensure that this collection is non-commercial in nature, the artists are not named in the description. The cache is related to Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda, a sixth cache whose coordinates are derived from information in the first 5 caches (“CMD 1-5”).

Be sure to write down the info from CMD 1-5 to solve Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda.

CMD1 honors a musician whose 2002 album, “Good Day,” has made our family smile since we first heard it. The cache’s title, “The Sun Will Always Find You,” comes from the song “Whenever You’re Around.”

Please tread lightly upon the area and structures near the cache! Don’t forget to write down two numbers at the top of the logbook, if you want to also find the puzzle cache, Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda.
