This is a traditional cache next to a tar road for a quick grab. The cache contains the normal goodies such as trickles, logbook and stash note. Cache itself is in a public area and no fences need to be climbed.
The area between Luneburg and Piet Retief is one of our favourite places. When we reallocated to Ermelo this was one of the first areas we visited. The area reminded my wife of Germany and the place she was born.
Today while driving the back roads my wife said “Let us hide a cache, we found a nice one from Geo_J, let us return the favour”. I wanted to hide the cache higher up but there is not enough safe parking available.
I love the area. We planted the cache at sunset and it was nice to sit down and to hear absolute nothing.
The FTF honours goes to Geo_J. Congratulations and enjoy your caching days. This cache was the first find of cacher Goedgedacht. >
