A short hike along the South Fork Eagle River near a gorgeous waterfall. Not too tough, a few ups and downs, with some scattered patches of Devil's club to avoid.
A 2 stage multi-cache in one of the most beautiful places in our neighborhood
To get to this cache take Hiland Road which is off of Eagle River Loop Road at the traffic light near the Municipal Landfill. Shortly past mile 3 of Hiland Road, turn left onto River View Drive, which turns into Waterfall Drive, take this street until it T's into River Park Drive. Turn right on River Park Drive and follow it until it dead ends on Ken Login Circle. Park here, on the side of the street, uphill of the Fire Lane No Parking signs. The trail/road starts at the dead end. Follow your GPSr to the first cache, a SMALL ammo can which has coordinates for the second cache, an camo container with goodies.
Do not forget your camera because the scenery and surroundings are gorgeous.
