Great views of city, children friendly, may prove a challenge for pushchair.
Hamilton city has few lookouts like this. This is a very quiet spot, hidden in the middle of a suburb.
The elevation provides a good amount of privacy; the expanse is large and perfect for kids to kick a ball around or for a family picnic.
Entry avaliable from two sides.
1)Steep grass slope. Slippery when wet but no trouble.
2)Short walk up a foot path and couple dozen steps to top
Entry 1 is best for a pram, just a single low chain across an access way.
Entry 2 is best for parking and covert caching
Container is 400ml cammo sistema .
The waypoint marks the centre of a water reservoir, which is covered by grass and surrounded by trees.
Face South east and hold out your hand. Let the PALM guide you to your destination.
Beware: Muggle’s barking dog at south end of reserve. Its fenced and harmless but may attract muggle attention.
