Edmonton's Smallest Park Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Cache Effect: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

An easy cache in Edmonton's smallest park.

This park, according to my source at 0.06 ha, is Edmonton's smallest. There is another park which is given at 0.04 ha but I think that's a typo as it's actually much larger than this one.
It's named in honour of John G. Niddrie (1887-1972)a pioneer educator in Edmonton. He began teaching in 1917 but didn't graduate from the UofA untill 1921.
Lots of parking nearby and Edmonton's first dedicated bike's only lane runs right past it. I think the road on the west side of it is part of the original trail to St. Albert. Don't take your lunch though it's not big enough to rate a picnic table.
To make it a bit more of a hunt the cooordinates given are for the center of the park, the cache is hidden somewhere in the park.
You're looking for a camoed container. Please treat it gently and use care to close it properly and put it back as found.
