You've done this type of cache a million times before - what more can be said about a lamppost cache.
There is plenty of parking for this cache. Container is an Altoids tin. We forgot to put in a pen - bring your own.

There are railroad tracks fairly close to the cache - there is absolutely no need for you to leave the parking lot. Please be safe and don't cross the fence and go on that side, the cache is not there.
