Limited parking can be found on the road opposite the turning to holly hill open space or you could use the open space car park the walk back.
Many years ago I used to visit this spot just to sit and look at the view, also it used to be a popular spot to fly remote control planes. Enter onto the North Downs way and head east. When the time comes to come off the path, and look for the cache, please be careful with children and even adults with the steep back at the roads edge.
