Plenty of paved parking. EZ access, but muggles nearby, from time to time.

Just because you don't see an Oak Tree here, don't rule out acorns nearby. This cache should be EZ, but lots of possible muggles nearby so please use stealth to avoid muggles, both while caching and when re-hiding. Looking for a small plastic container, tucked away just out of sight. Might be a bit of a stretch for some. Log only, so bring your own pencil.
