capdude: I feel this one has been stolen. It seems odd to me that the cacher "guitarjoe" (probably a fake account) with this being the one and only find, "found" it and then it disappears.

This cache is to commemorate the great achievement accomplished by
one of our favorite geocachers - Robb_Dogg. After a extended period
of not caching, he has finally returned to reach the goal of FIVE
THOUSAND caches. Our group of six ( Bwidget, Deeznuts, Don_J,
Oldweeb, Robb, and myself) had the privilege of spending the day
together and caching around the Gorman and Ridge Route areas while
he past the 5000 mark.
