Geocache Description:

Near Palmer Junction. Public land/constriction site. My family's adventure/picnic spot. Bug repellant!

We have visited the site several times and never see the work in progress. The Cache is at the end of the trail but the true treasure is just beyond. There is some conservation taking place so don't go nuts clearing the trail however it is okay to chop back berry bushes. The 2.5 trail rating is due to fallen trees. We are able to get our four year old in but not fast.

You don’t have to cross the bridge but a visit to the superintendant's office just beyond is a good photo op.

Across the road there is water pipe sticking out of the ground. You can use the end of that to line you up with the trail head.
