Geocache Description:

Small cache hidden in plain sight.

A lure crop is a crop (usually barley) that is planted by Manitoba Conservation to lure waterfowl to within the Wildlife Management Area (WMA). This helps reduce crop damage on neighbouring lands. There are seven lure crops within the WMA.
It is by far one of the best place to see geese and ducks during the fall migration.

Some of the most common species of waterfowl that can be seen in these lure crops are:

Canada Geese
Snow Geese (white and/or blue phase)
Ross's Geese
White-fronted Geese
And many duck species.
