SO you just spent the entire day on an all out caching bender,
and now you need to sit down, relax, talk with friends, and just
basically unwind? Well, you have come to the right place! Come on
over to Fowler Park on the south end of Terre Haute for a cookout
with your fellow Moonshiners (well, or anyone who wants to join
us!).
We have reserved the pavillion and were ready to RELAX! For
those who are still up for more caching, Fowler is loaded with
caches, including one of the oldest in the state
GCC7 Fowler Park Wilderness Stash!
Festivities should begin around 6PM and we will try to eat
around 7PM (Indiana time, ie EST), but you can show up when ever!
The Wabash Valley Geocacher crew is going to provide the main
dishes, ie hot dogs, burgers, some sides, and condiments. All we
ask is that you bring some kind of non-perishable food items (ie
chips, cookies, etc, no one wants to be carrying around something
that needs refrigerated all day, do they?), and your own drinks.
There is a pop machine at the shelter, but we don't know how well
they keep it stocked.
Camping is available at Fowler, but there are no reservations
taken. Its first come first serve. There are LOTS of camping spots
available here, as well as RV parking, so odds are you can find
somewhere to camp (Unless the other cachers beat you to it!) There
are also many other places to camp in the area, OR hotels a few
miles north on US41.

Thanks to Cybret for putting together a couple of routes from the
Moonshine II event, to this event. Here they are:
This one will take you
along the back roads where there are plenty of caches to be
found.
This one will take you
on the interstate and then down through Terre Haute. Still
plenty of caches but quicker and easier driving.
