The “Tour de Matchedash” Series is an 8 cache
series placed to showcase the beauty and solitude of the Matchedash
Lake, Upper Eastern Lake and Lower Eastern Lake areas of the
Matchedash Barrens.
Rocky Point...
We had to have a 5/5 in here somewhere... if you
had carried in as many caches as we did you'd make this one a 5/5
too.
I really enjoyed this stop as the location was
warm, out of the wind, and took a lot of energy to get to. We
fueled up and climbed into the "rocks" to place this one. The
container is a little different from most of the caches we placed
on the tour and you may need some pliers or a multitool to open
it.
