This is the description of a puzzle cache. The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You'll need to solve the puzzle below to learn the actual coordinates.

Below is an image of the northeastern part of Salt Lake City. The I-15/I-80 interchange is in the southwest corner, the Gateway is in the northwest corner, the foothills above the University of Utah are in the northeast corner, and the intersection of Foothill Drive and Parley's Way is in the southeast corner. Superimposed over the image are the ten digits zero through nine.

If you have the proper free software installed on your computer, this link will prove useful. It will display the image above and allow you to zoom in on the digits and see more detail. (The digits will display more clearly if you uncheck the "Terrain" option in the "Layers" panel.) If you don't have the proper software, don't despair. I have placed closeups of each digit into the gallery.

Below you will find photographs of ten sculptures that can be found in the region imaged above. Each of the sculptures is inside the shaded area of one of the digits. You are to match the letter that labels each sculpture's photograph with the digit in which that sculpture appears.

The cache is an ammo can hidden about 250 feet over open terrain from a well-trodden trail, roughly 3/4 trail miles from parking.

To find the cache start at the posted coordinates and head AB degrees east of true north for CDEA feet. From this point, head FG degrees west of true north for HIJF feet. This site is very useful for projecting waypoints.
