In the dog walk area. A little slope to grassy field. I did it on crutches.
I drive past here everyday on my commute and found the East bound cache. Figured West bound needed to take a drive break and get a smiley. Red and silver.
FTF honor goes to geohorsn! Not having a dog does make it a little more challenging at times.
